Resilient Coders offers a FREE Full Stack Engineering Fellowship to train exceptional underrepresented talent for high-growth careers in software engineering. Over the past ten years, many of our community members have gone off to launch careers at companies like Audible, CarGurus, Accenture, Liberty Mutual, and more.

2026 Schedule

Full Time, Remote
Program Dates: August 3, 2026 - December 18, 2026
Application Opens: April 1, 2026
Application Deadline: June 22, 2026
Duration: 18-weeks live instruction classes
Class Time: Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm EST
Community Hours with Mentors: Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:30pm - 6pm EST

*The days and times listed above are set times. There are additional program requirements that go beyond the hours listed.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Priority for 18-35yr olds, if older please still apply
  • Low-income (based on HUD guidelines)
  • Minimum HS Diploma or GED (candidates with Master's degrees or higher do not qualify)
  • Resident of the Greater Boston or Greater Philadelphia regions.
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Application Process

  1. Watch our 1 hour long introduction the HTML video
  2. Submit an Interest Form
    ‍Sign up to get access to the application and to receive recruitment alerts about the application process.
  3. Complete the Application before the deadline
    You will need a resume and LinkedIn to complete the application.
  4. ‍Start working on the Responsive Web Design Course on freeCodeCamp
    This course is meant to provide you with a strong base to hit the ground running on the first day of classes.
  5. Code With Us
    If you meet our eligibility criteria, you will be invited to participate in one of our hackathons. Attending a hackathon is a required step of the application process. You’ll get a chance to work with a group facilitated by one of our program alumni to create a website. This is an opportunity to test your coding skills while learning more about the Resilient Coders student experience.
  6. Schedule an Interview
    Semi-finalists will be will be invited to schedule an interview call with a program team member.
  7. Paperwork & Onboarding
    Finalists will be asked to submit documentation verifying your age, address, financial statement, and employment eligibility.
  8. Get ready to start classes!
